Both retirees and spouses must present their insurance card showing the state seal at the time of registration to verify eligibility.

This is a wonderful, FREE benefit!

Exercise Bikes

Since the Centers are very busy before and after work hours and during traditional lunch times, retirees are encouraged to use the facility during off-peak hours. Since retirees have the gift of self-directed schedules, they can avoid the hectic times, enjoy smaller groups, and take advantage of classes designed especially for them.

Please plan to arrive between 8 a.m. and 10:30 a.m. or between 2 p.m. and 4 p.m.

Make exercise a part of your retirement schedule!
